Water Aerobics (2026 dates coming soon)
Water Aerobics strengthens and tones the body from head to toe using the natural resistance of the water and offers a safe way to improve muscle, strength, flexibility, and balance without impact on joints or risk of injury. Register for the whole session or drop-in. Register online or at the Parks Department.
